1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between fi999 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") and any person who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the fi999 website, mobile interface, or any associated services ("Player", "you", "your"). By visiting the fi999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the fi999 platform.

fi999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, fi999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform's announcement section or by email to the address on record. Continued use of the fi999 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall govern in all circumstances. fi999 is an offshore gaming platform. Players accessing fi999 from Bangladesh do so entirely at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with any applicable local laws, regulations, or restrictions in force in Bangladesh at the time of access.

fi999 provides online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and related gaming entertainment services. All services are provided on an "as is" basis. While fi999 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical faults, downtime, or errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on fi999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing fi999 as a private individual and not on behalf of a third party or commercial entity.
• You do not already hold an existing active fi999 account in any name.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, contractor, agent, or affiliate of fi999 or any of its group companies, related business partners, or game providers, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law in a manner that would make your participation on fi999 unlawful.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking legal responsibility for your own actions.

fi999 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time for the purpose of verifying age, identity, or the source of funds. Acceptable documents include national ID cards, passports, or government-issued driving licences. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

Where fi999 reasonably suspects that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will not be returned and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage access will be voided and forfeited. fi999 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will report verified instances of underage access to appropriate authorities where required.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access fi999's betting and gaming services, players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to provide your real name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) fi999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or through use of another person's details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, fi999 will close all accounts except the earliest registered account (at fi999's sole discretion), forfeit any bonuses received across the duplicate accounts, and may void winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fi999 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. You agree to notify fi999 immediately via the live chat or email support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. fi999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not use a password that is easy to guess or that you use on other platforms.
• Never share your fi999 login details via live chat, email, or any social channel — fi999 staff will never request your password.
• Log out of your fi999 account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

fi999 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all account login and data transmission sessions. Additional account security features such as login alerts and session activity logs are available within your fi999 account settings. Players are encouraged to review their account activity regularly.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

fi999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, bet values, payout amounts, and bonus figures on the fi999 platform are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by fi999 for transactions processed via supported local payment methods.

The following payment methods are currently supported on fi999 for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawal processing target: under 15 minutes during BST peak hours.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawal processing target: under 15 minutes during BST peak hours.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit ৳200. Standard processing times apply.
• Upay — Minimum deposit ৳200. Standard processing times apply.
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit ৳1,000. Processing times vary by banking partner.
• Visa / Mastercard — Available on eligible fi999 accounts. International card processing fees may apply.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are registered in the name of the fi999 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where fi999 identifies a third-party deposit, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment account and the associated fi999 account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the fi999 payments team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. fi999 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad requests during peak hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 BST business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing procedures. fi999 is not liable for delays attributable to the player's payment provider, bank, or mobile financial service.

fi999 does not charge a platform processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by the player's own payment provider (for example, mobile wallet transaction charges) are outside fi999's control and are the player's responsibility. Players should review the fee schedule of their chosen payment method before initiating transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fi999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to these general Terms and to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion description, which are published in plain English on the fi999 promotions section.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on fi999, you acknowledge and agree to the following general bonus principles:

• Bonuses are credited to your fi999 account in BDT and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).
• Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled automatically.
• fi999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, or per payment method.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. fi999 may void bonuses and associated winnings where it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

fi999 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all members, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Cheating & Collusion: Any form of cheating, collusion with other players, use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, or exploitation of platform bugs or errors.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to place bets or interact with fi999 platform features without direct human involvement.
• Match Fixing: Participation in, facilitation of, or knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity affecting the outcome of events on which fi999 offers betting markets.
• Money Laundering: Use of fi999 for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities. fi999 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transaction patterns to appropriate authorities.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider after funds have been credited to your fi999 account and used for wagering.
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment details, or impersonating a fi999 staff member or another player.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of fi999 bonus offers through use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.

Where fi999 detects or reasonably suspects any of the above prohibited conduct, fi999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the associated account(s), void all pending and recent bets, forfeit all balances and bonus funds, and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn as a result of prohibited conduct through available legal channels.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request the closure of their fi999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, fi999 will process the closure within one (1) BST business day. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

fi999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Account found to belong to an individual under 18 years of age.
• Player has activated a self-exclusion request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Dormant account balances — where an account has been inactive for 12 months or more and the balance is below the minimum withdrawal threshold — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as specified in fi999's current fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fi999, its owners, directors, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the fi999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity interruptions, or errors in third-party software that affect bet placement, game outcomes, or payment processing.
• Incorrect information provided by the player during registration or payment processing.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling — fi999 provides a gaming entertainment service and does not guarantee returns on any wager.
• Changes in applicable law in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction that affect a player's ability to access or use the fi999 platform.

fi999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform is suitable for any particular purpose, free from errors, or that game outcomes are predictable. All games on fi999 use certified random number generation systems to produce outcomes that are statistically independent and unpredictable.

In any event, fi999's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or use of the fi999 platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their fi999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
